Unlike the other days, I write my diary toady in the morning. My night was very difficult because the weather was cold yesterday and it was raining heavily. The cottage that I repaired randomly didn’t support the stormy rain, so the water begins to leak into the room and I spent my night trying to prevent the water from re-entering. It is true that I succeeded in doing that, but I become very wet.
This atmosphere made me imagine myself in a science fiction movie, when few scientists try to modify viruses, it leaks from laboratory in one way or another and begins to transmit infection to people, the virus kills a large number of people, the economy become weak and the civilization collapses. That forces the rest of the population living in a primitive way, like our ancestors in the prehistoric date, where the law was almost absent and the force that imposed its respect. It seems like the human civilization that we have built in several centuries will be lost, and we will return to the law of the jungle, where the strong eats the weak.
The likelihood of this scenario occurring is very low, but it is slightly possible if the coronavirus continues to spread, that will give him the opportunity to stay active for a long time, the greater the reproduction whenever it is able to evolve towards a more dangerous new virus.
The reality is now very far from this vast outlook for the future, because there are many reassuring news, the Chinese country almost overcame the pandemic and began restoring its normal life, Europe is in the fourth stage of the spread of the epidemic, in which scary numbers have began to decline.
Before I finish writing this day, I want to say that I am not a believer of the conspiracy theory, but I believe in science and history that says that viral epidemics exist on earth even before humans exist. Viruses evolve and reappear every few years, causing major epidemics. Evolution is the rule that preserves life on earth.
